Do I need a boating license?
No, You have to be 21 to rent from us. Kentucky doesn't require a license.
Can I rent for someone else?
No. The person who reserves the day and time must be the person that shows up for the reservation.
Can I rent for someone who is under 21?
No. The person renting must be at least 21 years old and must be present on the boat or jet ski in order for someone younger than 21 to ride and/or drive the boat or jet ski.
Why can't I reserve the day and time I want?
That day and time is not available if you can't book it. Reservations must be paid for online in order to book the day and time you want. I will not hold certain days and times. You must book and pay for the day and time that you want as soon as you can.
What is your cancellation policy?
NO SHOWS are charged in full for the rental period reserved. Cancellations must be made within 72 hours or they will be considered a "No Show" and charged for the full period of the rental. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation for violations to our policies. We reserve the right, solely at our discretion, to reschedule and/or cancel your reservation in the event of inclement weather. We will try to reschedule if inclement weather occurs. If there is no possible way to reschedule, you will be refunded. Cold overcast days do not count as inclement weather.

Why do you charge a security deposit?
This is to ensure the watercraft is received back in good condition with no other damage upon returning the watercraft. Upon inspection, if no damage is found, your deposit will be refunded to you.
